Faster

6 motors quickly move any of the three levels to the required height. No additional manual steps.

  • Each level automatically holds its selected height the instant it stops.
  • Move and hold with a single touch of a joystick or pedal. One level or all three together.
  • Positioning accuracy of 1 mm.

More comfortable

The screen instantly displays the knee-to-floor height. No mental calculation needed.

  • Move one level or all three together. Use the joysticks or pedals.
  • Control the lasers separately to keep the light out of your eyes.
  • Work standing or sitting. Set the entire assembly at the height that suits you. In seconds.
  • Easily rotate the stand on its castors or move around it to work on the assembly from different sides.

03 / Workshop efficiency

BION 00X
boosts workshop
efficiency.

Simply more comfortable to use
on your own or as a group.

  1. Less time

More prostheses pass through the stand each working day, thanks to significantly less time spent on alignment setup or adjusting the workstation between tasks and prosthetists.

  2. Used more often

It is simply more convenient. Those who already used a stand now work faster. Those who did not use one are considering it — and some are starting.

  3. Fewer readjustments

More frequent use of the stand in itself increases the share of correctly aligned prostheses and reduces the number of return visits for alignment adjustments.

Use cases

Transfemoral prosthesis assembly

The knee clamp applies force evenly and holds the knee module precisely in the centre. Left and right positions are provided.

The socket holder allows adjustment of offset, tilt, flexion for contracture and lateral translation.

It accommodates sockets from 80 to 400 mm in diameter.
